Items purchased at full price are eligible for an exchange. To exchange email us at contact@originalfanidesign.com within 48hrs of receiving your order.

Returns
All orders are final, if you have an issue with an order please contact us at contact@originalfanidesign.com. 

 

Shipping
All orders are packaged and dropped off at post office within 3-5 business days. We use USPS, UPS, FEDEX, AND DHL to ship orders.  If you need more info please contact us at contact@originalfanidesign.com.
